Black Olive Health Care Clinic is a boutique health clinic located in Powell, Ohio offering primary care, IV hydration and vitamin therapy, and medical weight loss programs to patients in Ohio and Maryland.  We are passionate about addressing you as a whole, not just a set of symptoms.  We take the time to listen to your history and take into account all factors, including interactions between environment, lifestyle and genetic factors which influence health.  Together, we will build thoughtful plans and actions to help move you to your goals.

    Meet the Nurse Practitioner

    Edeisha Brooks is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner that practices in the State of Ohio and Maryland. Edeisha started her nursing career in 2006 working in various nursing roles that included: ambulatory care, medical-surgical care, critical care (ICU), pain management, community/public health care, and correctional health care. In 2016 she obtained her Masters of Science (MSN)degree in nursing from Walden University. Edeisha is credentialed through both the Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) and the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board (AANPCB) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP – C) to treat population-focuses of Family/individuals across the lifespan (including prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, elderly, and the frail elderly) in primary care.
